Anyone have recommendations on staying on St. Simon's Island? Especially Saint Simon's Inn by the Lighthouse?

I am planning our honeymoon and I am considering staying on St. Simon's Island. We want a place with a very good beach, a resonably priced hotel on (or just off) the beach, and plenty of stuff to see and do within walking distance.

The cloister thats where jfk jr got married my freinds dad is more expensive there and you know instead of eating out we save our room oh also there and walk and sometimes trade up nice place to eat in our room oh also there look.
